Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our retail outlet in Lahore. You will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic sales associates, driving sales, and ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize modern sales techniques and best practices to drive sales and achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Assess market conditions, identify current and prospective sales targets, and develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and store presentation to ensure an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Graduation/Masters or equivalent education.
- 2-4 years of proven branch management experience in the fashion retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers and team members.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and style.
