  • Fresh to 2 years of SME/Corporate Banking experience (excluding operations) will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s, in Finance or Banking and Finance from an HEC recognized university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Job Description: As an Assistant Relationship Manager at Meezan Bank, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our commercial banking activities, specifically in the Supply Chain Finance Unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing credit proposals, including annual, interim, and new account proposals, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Initiating and completing daily financing and trade transactions for customers, while following up with relevant departments.
  • Assisting the Relationship Manager in ensuring compliance with prudential regulations and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Assess creditworthiness and risk profiles of clients.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s, in Finance or Banking and Finance.
  • Fresh to 2 years of SME/Corporate Banking experience, excluding operations.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance is a plus.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
