Position: Officer Industrial Engineering
Location: 26 km-Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Develop and implement methods to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work methods and labor standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance production processes.
- Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques to solve operational problems and address bottlenecks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
