Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with expertise in system support, Active Directory (AD) management, and sharing server.
Qualification: B.S. in IT or any other relevant degree.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain Inventory and Backup: Responsible for the inventory and backup of systems and their hardware accessories.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of systems and hardware accessories, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
- Asset Management: Manage all discarded IT assets items and ensure timely disposal.
- Technical Support: Resolve technical and applications end-user queries efficiently, either over the phone or in person, minimizing downtime.
- Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer systems, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware and software faults.
Location: 16-KM Off Feroz Pur Road, Kamahan Attari Road near Azam Chowk, Lahore.
