🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide array of technical and project management tasks, including but not limited to:

• Designing PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams) and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) for oil storage systems.

• Performing process simulations and hydraulic calculations using tools like HYSYS or Aspen Plus.

• Designing and specifying process equipment such as pumps, valves, separators, flow meters, heat exchangers, and loading arms.

• Determining storage tank sizing based on throughput and turnover.

• Preparing process design basis, datasheets, specifications, and technical reports.

• Supporting detailed engineering drawings, including isometrics, layout plans, and 3D models.

• Participating in HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment studies for safe handling of flammable products.

• Designing fire-fighting systems, spill containment, and vapor recovery units for safety compliance.

• Assisting in procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up support.

• Interfacing with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical and operational challenges.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Process / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
