STYLE TEXTILE is seeking two dynamic individuals to join our team as Senior Managers for Finishing Operations in Lahore. As we continue to innovate and elevate standards in the textile industry, we are looking for passionate professionals to drive our finishing processes to new heights.
Job Description:
As a Senior Manager for Finishing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our production processes. Here’s what the role entails:
- Quality Control Oversight: Review non Right First Time (RFT) decisions, resolve all Quality Control (QC) related concerns, and align on rework and shortfall lots, seeking approvals as necessary, for finishing process-related issues.
- Process Optimization: Ensure the availability of required program/recipe/parameters from the Research and Development (R&D) team for planned lots. Assess deviations of parameters set by Pre-production, leading adjustments, and coordinating to ensure corrected parameters are utilized effectively.
- Production Planning and Compliance: Review daily dyed lots and the finishing production plan to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with planning rules, including machine allocation and changeovers.
- Audits and Process Control: Conduct audits for finishing operations and lead corrective actions to ensure process control. This includes addressing maintenance/administration issues and ensuring efficient vehicle utilization for shifting fabric between plants.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Textile Engineering with 4-7 years of experience in finishing operations. OR
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) with 8-10 years of experience in textile finishing operations.
- Problem-Solving and Logical Thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking abilities, and a commitment to executing tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Office Tools: Possess proficiency in basic office suite applications such as MS Word, Excel, and email writing.
