Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager Accounts at Nishat Chunian Group, you will play a key role in our financial operations, ensuring accurate and compliant accounting practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining consumption sheets to track inventory usage and production requirements.
- Preparing finished goods packages in accordance with module guidelines.
- Inputting invoices and consumption data into the WEBOC/PSW system for documentation and compliance.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Import/Export regulations, Custom SRO, DTRE, and EFS.
- Gathering and compiling data related to sales and consumption for reporting and analysis.
- Generating reconciliation statements to ensure accuracy in financial records.
Person Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or BS in Accounting and Finance.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
