As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in process engineering and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- Conduct process simulations, analyses, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Design and modify equipment and systems to meet production requirements and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical guidance to resolve problems.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Train and mentor junior process engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in process industries.
- Knowledge of process control systems and optimization techniques.
- Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
