Qarshi Research International is seeking a Deputy Manager of Business Development to join their team. This position focuses on expanding the company’s testing, inspection, and calibration services by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The role also involves leading business development efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving sales targets through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Develop new clients for the calibration, inspection, and lab testing services, expanding the company’s market reach.
- Sales Target Achievement: Implement effective business strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth in the relevant sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strategy Implementation: Work on executing business strategies designed to achieve overall organizational growth and success.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client service delivery.
- Leadership: Lead and guide the business development, sales, and marketing teams to optimize performance and meet business goals.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduation or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in business development, preferably within calibration, testing, or related industries.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable.
