As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Assistant Manager Real Estate Management  in Lahore. This critical role supports our growing operations through expert management of property transactions and land records.

Job Summary: Assistant Manager Real Estate Management

The Assistant Manager Real Estate Management  will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of property transactions, land verification, and documentation processes. This position requires a meticulous professional with comprehensive knowledge of land laws and revenue records, who can ensure seamless transactions while maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will serve as the crucial link between Qarshi Industries, government departments, and financial units, ensuring all real estate activities comply with organizational standards and legal requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company’s expansion and infrastructure development.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities

1. Land Verification & Documentation

  • Verify all Fard for Record/Fard for Baye received from sellers in coordination with the Executive REMD

  • Conduct physical verification of land in coordination with SBP and REMD Executive

  • Apprise HoD about any anomaly/discrepancy observed before initiating the buying process

  • Ensure all documents/Revenue Record/Files are digitized for secure record-keeping

2. Transaction Processing & Liaison

  • Prepare complete documents for sale/purchase of land transactions

  • Liaise with Revenue Office for completion of Sales Deed and Mutation processes

  • Coordinate with Government Departments including TMA and Revenue Office

  • Process all government dues, vendor payments, and dealer commissions through the finance department

3. Financial Coordination & Record Keeping

  • Maintain comprehensive records of documents and finance vouchers/challans

  • Tally records with finance department and follow up on pending payment schedules

  • Prepare accurate statements of accounts/bills

  • Provide all related documents (original sale deeds, mutation copies, etc.) to QIL Finance Department upon case closing

4. Strategic Support & Reporting

  • Update HoD on offers received from SBPS

  • Identify and report potential issues in property transactions

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of land laws, revenue records, and government procedures; Proficiency in record-keeping and financial reconciliation
Coordination Skills Excellent liaison capabilities with government offices; Ability to coordinate between multiple departments and stakeholders
Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Meticulous attention to detail; Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • MBA or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field

Professional Experience

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in land records management, property verification, or related roles

  • Proven track record in handling property documentation and government liaison

Additional Requirements

  • Age between 25-30 years

  • Comprehensive understanding of property laws and transaction processes
