Master Group of Industries is looking for a Deputy Manager Administration to join their team and support the smooth operations of retail showrooms and office locations. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with a proactive approach to manage various administrative functions across multiple locations.

Role Description

The Deputy Manager Administration will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across retail showrooms and office locations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utility Management: Ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records for utilities like electricity, water, internet, etc., across retail showrooms and office locations.
  • Vendor and Service Management: Liaising with service providers and vendors to negotiate contracts, manage terms, and ensure quality service delivery for maintenance, office supplies, fuel suppliers, and more.
  • Inventory and Procurement: Maintaining inventory and ensuring timely procurement of office stationery, pantry items, and essential office supplies.
  • Travel and Logistics Management: Organizing travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and local transportation for employees and guests.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Management: Managing the refueling of company cars and delivery vehicles, ensuring their maintenance and proper functioning. Also, overseeing the maintenance of generators and other essential equipment.
  • Facility Maintenance: Addressing facility-related issues by coordinating with maintenance vendors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Compliance and Record Management: Maintaining service agreements, monitoring service-level terms, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and government regulations.

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years in administrative roles, with a focus on facility and office management. Experience in managing retail showrooms or similar environments is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors, employees, and service providers.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of facility management and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.

Location

This position is based in Gulberg, Lahore.
