Position Overview:

As a Purchase Executive at Master Group of Industries, based in Gulberg Lahore, you will play a crucial role in coordinating procurement orders across various brands within the organization. Your responsibilities will include generating purchase orders, managing documentation, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate purchase orders using Oracle and our in-house software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the procurement process.
• Create price comparison sheets to evaluate vendor quotes and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
• Coordinate with the store department to follow up on Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and resolve any issues related to purchases and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Accounts department to follow up on payments to vendors and handle payment receipts.
• Reconcile customer material billing and maintain daily inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
• Verify and reconcile invoices to purchase orders, GRNs, and price variances to maintain financial accuracy.
• Complete ad-hoc reporting and data entry tasks as required to support procurement operations.

Requirements:

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field is required. An MBA in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
• Experience: Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and procurement software are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also required.
