The Role:
As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in our dispatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of data related to incoming orders and deliveries. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with warehouse personnel, updating inventory records, and addressing any issues that may arise during the transfer process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check the availability of requested items and ensure they are ready for transfer from the source location to the destination.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel or logistics teams to facilitate the physical movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all transactions, including recording the movement of goods and generating necessary reports.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the transfer process, such as inventory shortages or delays in shipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation (B.COM/ B.A) or any equivalent qualification required.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in data entry or related field.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of Oracle and ERP systems being a plus.

This position is based at Port Qasim, Karachi, offering the opportunity to work in a bustling industrial hub.
