Job Overview:
Lucky Core Industries is looking for a Manager Quarry to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations and engineering, with a focus on quarry management and operational efficiency. This role is based in Khewra, and the manager will oversee all quarry operations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Quarry Operations: Manage day-to-day activities of the quarry, including extraction, processing, and transportation of materials. Ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety standards and production schedules.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of quarry workers, ensuring proper training, development, and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize quarry processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. Monitor and address operational bottlenecks.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all quarry operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Implement best practices in risk management and safety protocols.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manage the budget for quarry operations, including resource allocation, cost management, and expense control.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on quarry performance, production data, and resource utilization. Maintain proper documentation of all activities and compliance with environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining Engineering is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quarry management, mining operations, or a related field. Proven experience in supervising mining teams and managing quarry resources is a must.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of quarry operations, mining equipment, and industry regulations.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
