- M.Sc./B. Pharm. / Pharm D. degree from a reputable university
Experience:
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry in QMS, Validation, Production, or Quality

Job Description: As an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance at Lucky Core Industries, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), conduct validation processes, and support production and quality control activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to maintain product quality.
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance department.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc./B. Pharm. / Pharm D. degree from a reputable university.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
