Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior HR Executive at Cambridge, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our company’s HR policies and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Policy Implementation: Assisting the HR Manager in implementing the company’s HR policy manual to ensure compliance and consistency across all departments.
• Employee Records Management: Preparing, maintaining, and updating personal files of all employees, including permanent, trainees, and contract employees, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Recruitment and Selection: Shortlisting, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews for candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Assisting in maintaining records of employee attendance, late arrivals, official duties, and leaves, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Payroll and Benefits Administration: Collaborating with the Finance and Accounts department to prepare payroll/salary sheets, coordinating payroll activities, and facilitating the final settlement of employees.
• Employee Orientation and Engagement: Coordinating and conducting orientation programs for new employees, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, and supporting the implementation of employee engagement and training initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A BS/MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
