Position Overview:

  • Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of relevant legal experience

Job Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor in the Corporate Advisory Services department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Formation of Companies and Legal Entities: Assist with the establishment of companies and other forms of legal entities.
  • Filing Statutory Returns: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns to ensure legal compliance.
  • Drafting Documents: Prepare and draft essential legal documents such as agreements, trust deeds, and corporate compliance-related documents.
  • Minutes of Statutory Meetings: Prepare and file minutes of statutory meetings to maintain proper records.
  • Compliance and Advisory Services: Ensure adherence to corporate laws and regulations, including those related to corporate entities and foreign exchange, as per the guidelines set by the State Bank of Pakistan.
  • General Legal Assistance: Assist the manager in handling legal and corporate advisory tasks, and manage the related departmental duties.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (A law degree will be an added advantage).
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in legal and corporate advisory services, preferably within a professional or legal services firm.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate law, business formations, compliance, and statutory regulations in Pakistan.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex legal documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software is essential.
