Position: Assistant Manager Spare Parts and Inventory (After Sales)
Location: Head Office, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage spare parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages and excesses.
- Sales Operations: Coordinate sales operations related to spare parts, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between the principal company, dealerships, vendors, and various internal departments to streamline operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly departmental reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: A BBA or MBA in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, particularly in spare parts and inventory management.
Skills and Competencies:
- ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP & DMS ERP systems is essential.
- Parts Catalogue: Familiarity with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is crucial for efficient spare parts management.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management and reporting.
