Job Role:
As the Deputy Manager – Merchandizing Garments, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production costs, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Costing Strategies: Develop and implement effective costing strategies to streamline production costs and enhance overall profitability.
- Price Negotiation: Analyze and negotiate product prices and order details with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Timely Delivery: Maintain follow-up on Time and Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time delivery of orders with the right quality and quantity.
- Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty to drive business growth.
Job Specifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following specifications:
- MBA/BBA/BSc Textile degree or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in knitwear garments within an export-oriented textile industry.
Location:
This position is based in Raiwind, Lahore, offering a dynamic work environment in one of Pakistan’s vibrant industrial hubs.
