Key Responsibilities
As the IT Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT Division, driving technological initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of IT professionals to achieve excellence in performance and service delivery.
- Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new technologies, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to safeguard organizational data and assets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation and improvement.
