Job Overview:

As a Supervisor in our Call Centre/BPO, you will be an integral part of our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and direct the staff of our contact center, assess their work, and provide feedback to maximize performance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team meets and exceeds performance targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating targets for individuals and teams to drive performance and productivity.
  • Devise strategies to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated and engaged.
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance and established procedures.
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Specifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in customer services.
  • Strong people management skills and knowledge of CSAT/NPS, AHT, and QA metrics.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
