Job Role: As an Officer – Admin at Sapphire Fibres Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team’s day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Timely receipt, verification, recording, and submission of payment-related documents to the central team.
- Coordination with current and potential customers regarding queries related to drone services.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during field operations execution.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to streamline administrative processes effectively.
