Job Description:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass regional sales targets. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be responsible for:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the regional market dynamics. Your strategic acumen will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the regional sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their potential. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence and empower team members to excel in their roles.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and partners within the region. Your ability to foster meaningful connections will be crucial in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage regional inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and meet customer demand efficiently. Your proactive approach will minimize stockouts and optimize inventory turnover, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for operational efficiency and effectiveness within the region. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will drive continuous improvement and streamline processes.
- Sales Performance Enhancement: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance sales performance based on market insights and trends. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify opportunities and drive impactful initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an ASM in the Fashion Retail Industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success and leadership.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, visionary leadership qualities, and sound decision-making capabilities are essential for this role.
