As a Visual Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and compelling displays and presentations to enhance our brand’s visual identity and engage customers. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about visual design and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visual displays and presentations for retail stores and exhibitions.
- Create eye-catching product arrangements and installations that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to understand product assortments and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent visual branding across various channels.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Regularly visit stores to ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Assist in planning and executing visual merchandising for new store openings and special events.
- Provide guidance to store staff on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Conduct research on customer preferences and feedback to optimize visual displays.
- Ensure proper handling and care of display materials and props.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong creativity and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of color schemes, space utilization, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
