Position Overview: As a Client Manager/Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in managing and retaining client accounts while also driving business development initiatives. This position requires someone with up to 1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success function. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand client base and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth

Qualifications:

  • Up to 1-2 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success function
  • Proven experience in managing and retaining client accounts
  • Strong solutions-focused orientation, with experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Customer-centric, with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
