Are you passionate about fashion and design? Do you possess a keen eye for aesthetics and detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Eastgate Industries is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Visual Merchandiser at our location in Lahore.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising is required to excel in this role.
- Experience: You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Fashion Apparel Industry or Textile sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is essential. Strong visual design skills are a must.
Job Scope:
As a Visual Merchandiser at Eastgate Industries, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic Planning: Define, design, and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and target market.
- Visual Displays: Create visually appealing and eye-catching displays throughout the store to guide customers and promote product awareness.
- Window Displays: Develop captivating window displays that attract attention and drive foot traffic.
- Cost Management: Monitor costs and work within budget constraints while maintaining high-quality displays.
- Staff Training: Brief and train staff on arranging displays effectively to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Adaptability: Change displays seasonally or as needed to reflect new product launches, festive themes, or changing trends.
- Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to source elements for displays and maintain positive relationships.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on lifestyle, demographic, and design trends to keep our displays fresh and relevant.
