Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Engineer in Industrial Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive time and motion studies to analyze current manufacturing processes.
- Identifying areas for improvement in productivity, optimization, and quality enhancement.
- Collaborating closely with production, engineering, and other departments to implement process improvements.
- Training and educating staff on new processes and best practices to drive efficiency and excellence.
Job Specifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a BSc in Industrial Engineering.
- Ideally possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant domain.
- Demonstrate a strong drive for learning and innovation.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
