Job Role Overview:
As the Territory In Charge for Peshawar, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities within the designated area. Your role will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of Packages Group.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Work diligently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets for the assigned territory, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in challenging market conditions.
- Order Procurement and Customer Satisfaction: Obtain daily orders from the market in alignment with sales targets, ensuring timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Market Visits and Business Opportunities: Conduct regular market visits to identify potential business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Enhance Sales and Collection Performance: Implement strategies to enhance sales and collection performance in the assigned territory, leveraging your leadership skills and market insights to drive results.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports as required, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Education: BS/BBA/B.Com with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving common goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, analyze data, and communicate effectively.
