Position Overview:
As a Floor Manager – Voice at JS Bank, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supervising operations within our banking facility. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities of our banking floor, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of banking professionals to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor banking operations, including cash handling, customer inquiries, and transaction processing, to ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
- Implement effective strategies to optimize operational efficiency and streamline processes on the banking floor.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in banking operations.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking industry is required for this role. Candidates with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be preferred.
- Qualification: Applicants must hold a graduate degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Location: The position is based in Karachi, offering an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of Pakistan’s financial hub.
