Position: PASMINT Specialist Engineer Process
Job Description:
- Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Take the lead in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives within the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Optimize Manufacturing Processes: Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for optimization and enhancement, driving continuous improvement to meet quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all process-related activities, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in process engineering is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
