Key Accountabilities:

As a Territory In Charge, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets for the designated area, demonstrating your commitment to driving results.
• Market Orders: Obtain orders from the market on a daily basis in alignment with sales targets, showcasing your proactive approach to sales.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering desired products and services, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and reliability.
• Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through regular market visits, demonstrating your keen eye for potential growth avenues.
• Sales and Collection Performance: Enhance the sales and collection performance of the area, utilizing your strategic insights to optimize outcomes.
• Reporting: Compile and submit sales reports as and when required, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Education and Experience: A degree in BS/BBA/B.com with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales and leadership roles.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common objectives.
• Proficiency in Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, enabling you to leverage technology for enhanced productivity and reporting.
