Position: Project Control Manager
Job Description:
As the Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and controlling all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Developing and arranging detailed Work Execution Plans to ensure project milestones are met.
- Effectively managing subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.
- Conducting site monitoring and generating comprehensive project reports.
- Tracking project progress using S-Curves and comparing planned versus actual progress.
- Identifying critical tasks and slipping tasks, and implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
Ideal Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in industrial or construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera6, AutoCAD, and MS Project is essential.
- Certification in Primavera6 is required to demonstrate expertise in project planning and control.
