Key Responsibilities
As the Marketing Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing and merchandising operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling merchandising and order processing to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinating production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Managing orders from purchase order (PO) to execution in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries throughout the order execution process.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree in BBA, Textile Engineering, or MBA with a focus on marketing or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, merchandising, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in number crunching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
