Nature of Experience:
As a Team Leader at Dawn Bread, you will be responsible for:
- Operations and maintenance (Automation) of process lines.
- Conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Demonstrating knowledge of TPM/Sigma lean methodologies.
Critical Responsibilities:
Your critical responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:
- Overseeing a team of operations in the production department.
- Analyzing process efficiency and conducting cost analysis of manufacturing.
- Optimizing crew utilization to enhance productivity.
Core Competencies/Interpersonal Skills Required:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following core competencies and interpersonal skills:
- Good technical skills in electrical engineering.
- Sound analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
