Job Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager Sales – Corrugated Packaging, you will be entrusted with key accountabilities to ensure the success of the region. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Sales Target Preparation: Forecast and prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the region, aligning with the company’s objectives.
- Sales Monitoring: Oversee the sales of corrugated boxes and packaging, ensuring consistent growth and market presence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
- Performance Enhancement: Drive sales and collection performance in the region, implementing strategies to optimize results.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors: To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: MBA with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Leadership Skills: Exhibit strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the sales team towards achieving targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and prepare reports.
