Job Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor in our Call Centre/BPO, you will be an integral part of our operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating targets for individuals and teams to ensure productivity and performance goals are met.
- Providing guidance, feedback, and support to Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to enhance their performance.
- Anticipating and managing call escalations when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Optimizing procedures and keeping staff motivated to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitoring and measuring performance using key metrics, and preparing monthly/annual performance reports for management.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and attendance standards.
- Keeping management informed of any issues or problems that arise and proposing solutions.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Job Specifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Customer Services Contact Center/Call Center environment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong people management skills and knowledge of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Quality Assurance (QA) processes.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
