Job Title: Team Lead – Planning / Out Sourcing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our Planning and Out Sourcing department. Job Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead in the Planning / Out Sourcing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export and commercial orders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Outsource Pre-evaluation: Evaluate each order sheet for export and commercial orders to determine the best outsourcing strategy.
- Outsource Program: Develop and manage the outsource program for export and commercial orders, ensuring timely execution.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on outsource processing, including production and delivery reports.
- Gate Passes: Create gate passes for fabric that requires outsource processing.
- Stock Count: Conduct monthly stock counts and work-in-progress (WIP) audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Generation: Generate sales orders (SO) and work orders (WO) both in-house and through outsourcing as required.
- Fabric Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of fabric quantities.
- Process Rate Checking: Verify process rates to maintain cost efficiency.
- Process Route Checking: Review and confirm design-wise process routes.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Be prepared to take on any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Qualifications:
- Education: Should be a graduate.
Experience:
- 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in planning and outsource management.
Additional Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
