Position: Assistant Manager Finance
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As an Assistant Manager Finance at Crescent Bahuman, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. Your duties will include:
- Manage Accounts Payable: Oversee the process of accounts payable, including verifying and recording invoices, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.
- Payroll Processing: Verify and process employee salaries, wages, and benefits payments accurately and on time.
- Letter of Credit Processing: Handle the process of letters of credit and acceptance, coordinating with the supply chain for material management and cash flows.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on payables status, outstanding bills, and advances to keep stakeholders informed.
- Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A degree in M.Com, MBA, ACCA, or ICMA.
- Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance.
- Skills: Strong team management skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
