If you have a BBA/MBA in HR and 1-2 years of experience (textile industry preferred) in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and sourcing techniques, we want to hear from you!
About the Position:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Soorty Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving organizational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the organization.
- Enhancing employer branding initiatives to position Soorty Enterprises as an employer of choice.
- Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates across various channels.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and fit for roles within the organization.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the textile industry.
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

This position is based in the vibrant Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
