The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a vital role in our HR team, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, and fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Assist in forecasting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Build strong relationships with HR communities, educational institutions, and industry associations.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the head of the department.
