Job Description:
As an ERP Coordinator at Efroze, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and utilization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in ERP management and coordination.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in ERP coordination and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze ERP system requirements.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of ERP software to meet business needs.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Provide end-user support and training on ERP software functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues and escalate when necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize ERP system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ERP management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
