SAPPHIRE is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Supply Chain Team in the role of Executive Allocation & Replenishment. If you have experience in fashion retail, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Role Brief:
As an Executive Allocation & Replenishment, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing weekly launches, replenishments, and inter-store transfers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with store, categories, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely execution of plans.
- Conducting inventory analysis and executing allocations based on store capacities.
- Maintaining and cleaning up master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalating issues and problems to the department head for prompt resolution.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: BBA/MBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Retail as an inventory controller.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Pivots, Power Queries, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar platforms. Strong analytical and objective decision-making skills are essential. We value hard-working individuals who can stay focused and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
