Job Role:

As a Key Accounts Manager at Leopards, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with major key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new clients, contributing to the growth of the company.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues and complaints from key clients promptly and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategic plans to improve their results and meet their objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and establishing timelines for performance.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales team members to maximize profits through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Progress Reporting: Plan, prepare, and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Experience Required:
