If you possess a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Specialist at Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd., you will:
- Create the Company’s Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic vision for our supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze Data and Identify Improvements: Investigate shipping and delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks and issues, and proposing data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Evaluate and Report on KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of supply chain initiatives and report findings to management.
- Logistics Oversight: Ensure the smooth running of logistics operations and manage any disruptions or delays that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, optimizing stock levels for cost-effectiveness.
- Cost-effective Solutions: Continuously seek innovative and cost-effective solutions to improve supply chain processes.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any supply chain issues, including delivery delays and accidents, to minimize disruptions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans that support business growth and align with supply chain strategies.
- Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety guidelines across all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Supplier Relations: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure profitable deals and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Working experience with relevant software, such as SAP.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- A strategic and analytical mindset.
