Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Officer at Soorty Enterprises, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.
- Logistics and Distribution:
- Coordinate with logistics partners for the smooth transportation of goods.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers and distribution centers.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams, including production and sales, to streamline the supply chain process.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
