Position Overview: As an HR Officer at Shams Textile Mills, you will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, and learning initiatives. Reporting to higher management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s human capital strategies to support its growth and success.
Major Responsibilities: In this role, your major responsibilities will include:
- Having a complete understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Expertise in developing organizational charts using Visio software to visualize and optimize company structures.
- Utilizing various recruitment techniques to attract top talent to the organization.
- Conducting learning and development initiatives to enhance both employee and organizational capabilities.
- Coordinating with trainers, suppliers, and internal cross-functional departments to ensure effective training and development programs.
Key Requirements: To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience specifically in the textile industry.
