Position Overview: As an Assistant Manager Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits), you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our HR practices align with industry standards and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
  2. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive.
  3. Administer employee benefits programs, addressing inquiries and facilitating enrollment processes.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational goals.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our HR programs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
