Store Managers: As a Store Manager at Cambridge, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation and success of our stores. Your responsibilities will encompass decision-making, leadership, and effective communication to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain a high standard of service.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduation, preferably Masters.
- Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a retail environment.
Key Skills:
- Decision Making: Make informed and strategic decisions to drive store success.
- Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and guiding your team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Communication: Foster open communication channels within the team and ensure effective communication with customers.
Assistant Store Managers: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve store objectives. This position requires a candidate with a strong educational background, relevant experience, and a proactive approach to in-store management.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduation.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a retail setting.
Location: Positions are available in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Okara, and Gujrat.
