Role Description: As an Assistant Manager Taxation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- In-Depth Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding and prior experience in income tax, sales tax, and other relevant laws.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and submit timely responses to inquiries from tax authorities. Maintain comprehensive tax records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s tax position remains aligned with the latest requirements.
- Representation: Act as a representative of the company before tax authorities, handling inquiries and building positive relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments to collect and manage information for tax compliance. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the accurate and timely provision of required data.
- Periodic Statements: Prepare and submit periodic statements and returns to tax authorities, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Adaptability: Undertake any other relevant tasks as assigned by the line manager to support the overall goals of the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 01-02 years (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Qualification: CA Inter / ACCA
