Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: BS in Food Science & Technology.
- Age: Up to 28 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
As a Sr. Officer in Research & Development, you will play a crucial role in creating and perfecting concepts for new products or enhancing existing ones. Your responsibilities will include optimizing product recipes for cost, quality, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will delve into understanding consumer behavior and preferences through market research, develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product quality, and stay abreast of local and international regulations governing the FMCG industry. Knowledge of Nutrition Facts count is also a key requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Creation: Develop and perfect concepts for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Recipe Optimization: Optimize product recipes considering cost, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Market Research: Understand consumer behavior and preferences through comprehensive market research.
- Testing Protocols: Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about local and international regulations governing the FMCG industry.
- Nutrition Facts Knowledge: Possess knowledge of Nutrition Facts count for food products.
